Fresh and Colorful Fruit Salad: A Perfect Summer Treat
Ingredients:
2 cups of chopped fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, mango, and pineapple)
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
A handful of fresh mint leaves, chopped (optional)
Directions:
Rinse and chop the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and cinnamon until well combined.
Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and toss gently to combine.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight to allow the flavors to meld together.
Before serving, give the fruit salad a gentle stir and sprinkle with chopped fresh mint leaves, if desired.
Enjoy this fresh and colorful fruit salad as a light and healthy snack or as a refreshing dessert.
